Kazunoko Leaves Burning Core
The decorated player says goodbye to his home of five years

Multi Fighting game champion and pro player, Kazunoko has ended his contract with Japanese esports team, Burning Core.

The team were among many suitors for the player back in 2019 and he joined them going on to win many tournaments and competitions for them leading to an infamous tweet by Tachikawa that Kazunoko has won around 90% of all the trophies Burning Core has.

Burning Core released a statement announcing the departure and wishing Kazunoko all the best in his future endeavors.

Kazunoko also put out a tweet where he thanks Burning Core for all their support.

It is unclear what team Kazunoko will join next and with Street Fighter League Japan on the horizon, what team will he be part of?

Kazunoko is a highly decorated player winning Capcom Cup in 2015, and the Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tour Winner.
