New Akuma Fighting Pass Will Introduce New Mode In Battle Hub

Akuma will be released to Street Fighter 6 soon and along with his arrival will be a new Battle Pass which will feature several items that are relevant to the new character. 

In a new trailer released on social media, Street Fighter 6 have showcased some of the things fans can expect with the new Battle Pass. There will be cosmetic changes that enable players to make their avatar look more like Akuma and also the new character will be available in World Tour mode. It was mentioned at Evo Japan 2024 that enrolling with Akuma will be different from all the instructors that have come before. 

The trailer also hinted at a new mode in Battle Hub called 'Giant Attack'. From the footage shown, a giant Akuma appeared in the middle of the Battle Hub and it would seem this is a mode where players will need to work together to bring down the giant to gain points. 

Details on this new system are sparse, and more will be released later.
